Wagyu Wine & Song
Join us to celebrate Australia Day with the flavours of 7 regionally grown dishes matched with Riversands wines all seated amongst the vines.
Our 2022 event will be sponsored by Hamilton Park Wagyu owned by the Wallumbilla based Maller family. Their mouth watering Wagyu will be served in a miso bowl entree and beef brisket mains. Also as part of the mains will be goat goulash supplied by Western Meat Exporters, Charleville. Each course will be paired with a selected Riversands wine.
Condabilla cod will make a return as an entree. Brimblecombe figs will feature in dessert along with the famous Riversands golden liqueur muscat. Also amongst the dishes will be Lamatino carrots, Moonrocks onion & garlic & midnight beauty table grapes,
Listen to food futurist Tony Hunter outline his vision for the food industry. Also speaking will be resident Brisbane foodie Alison Alexander and food suppliers.
Activities and entertainment will be occurring throughout the evening including our signature Riversands grape stomping!
You will be entertained by musician Cathy Drummond.
Panda Pearls have donated a prize necklace as lucky door prize.
