Thallon offers a heritage trail and art installations worth visiting. The “Watering Hole” Heritage Trail features sculptures referencing early residents of Thallon.

Thallon’s rail history is celebrated with a steam train sculpture and a laser-cut piece titled “Gomeroi Fisherman” celebrating Thallon’s Indigenous history.

Art installations include Silo Artists’ Drapl and The Zookeeper, paintings of wombats on rainwater tanks, a mural on the town’s tennis court, and “Rogues Gallery” portraits of locals under the old Railway Bridge over the Moonie River.
